We also support childcare providers by helping strengthen their online presence, showcasing their services, and providing access to tools designed to reduce everyday administrative and operational hassles.

We understand that providers need accurate information, fair and appropriate representation, and a simple way to manage and control the information associated with their business. Childcare Hub is committed to making that process transparent, respectful, and easy to navigate.                                     This explains how ChildcareHub handles provider listings;

Why a provider may appear on ChildcareHub

ChildcareHub may create or maintain directory listings using information provided by:

• • childcare providers;

• • publicly available sources;

• • government or regulatory sources;

• • business directories;

• • other lawful sources; or

• • information submitted to ChildcareHub.

The purpose of a listing is to help families discover childcare options. A listing does not necessarily mean that ChildcareHub has a commercial relationship with the provider.

Listing information may change

Childcare information can change frequently. A provider may change availability, contact information, operating hours, services, location, program details, fees, licensing information, or other information.

ChildcareHub cannot guarantee that every listing is continuously current. Families should verify important information directly with the provider before making childcare decisions.

Claim your listing

A childcare provider or authorized representative may request to claim a listing. Claiming a listing allows the provider to verify information, request corrections, provide updated information, add appropriate information, request removal of information, and manage eligible listing features.

ChildcareHub may request reasonable information to verify that the person making the request is authorized to manage the listing.

Correct inaccurate information

If you believe information on your listing is inaccurate, please contact us. We may ask for the listing URL, the incorrect information, the correct information, and reasonable confirmation of authorization.

Request removal

If you are a childcare provider or authorized representative and do not want your listing displayed, you may contact ChildcareHub and request removal. We will review legitimate requests and remove or modify information where appropriate.

Information that may remain

In some circumstances, ChildcareHub may retain limited records relating to a listing or a request, even after public information is removed, to document requests, prevent unauthorized changes, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Provider photographs and submitted content

Providers should only submit content they are authorized to provide. Photographs or personal information relating to children, parents, or employees should not be submitted without appropriate authorization.

Verification does not mean endorsement

A “verified” or “claimed” listing means only that ChildcareHub has completed the verification process. It does not guarantee quality of care, suitability, or compliance with requirements.
